In the Self-Care Studio, you will also have access to a live & interactive Akira 360 class the second Sunday of every month. Akira 360 is The Akira Concept’s signature full-spectrum, multi-dimensional workout for body, mind, and soul. This full body workout is based on the principles of yoga, strength, cardio, interval training, UnMeditation, Stack Conditioning and The Akira Concept’s Foundations, combined with David’s three decades working in the fitness industry. With guided, interactive instruction by David, and demonstrations by Lisa, you will experience a transformative and regenerative workout that will leave you feeling sweaty and restored.
